In this document, "Platform" refers to the krikya 11com website and its associated mobile applications. "User" or "Member" refers to a person who has a registered and active account on this platform. "Services" includes sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games and other features.
Where any part of these terms is available in both Bengali and English, the Bengali version takes precedence for Bangladeshi users. krikya 11com reserves the right to change these terms at any time with prior notice.
To use krikya 11com's services, a member must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age — those under 21 are not permitted to open an account.
- Must be a resident of Bangladesh or located in an area where access is legally permitted.
- Must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration.
- Each person may open only one account.
- No false information may be provided during registration.
krikya 11com may request a national ID card or other valid documents at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3.1 Registration Process
At the time of registration, the user must provide an active mobile number and email address. The account is activated through OTP verification. If multiple accounts are attempted using the same mobile number or email, all accounts may be cancelled and balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Password and Login Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Passwords should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access is suspected, krikya 11com must be contacted immediately. krikya 11com will not be liable for losses caused by third parties, unless the loss is directly due to a technical fault on the platform.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
krikya 11com follows a document verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) process to confirm the identity of members. Additional documents may be requested for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. How KYC information is stored and processed is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits at krikya 11com can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The mobile banking account used for deposits must be in the user's own name — deposits made in someone else's name are not accepted and may not be refunded.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — and only to the same account that was used for the deposit.
Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification is not complete. Withdrawals will be investigated if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus amount, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.
5.2 Bonus Terms of Use
- A bonus may be used only once and only on eligible games.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person.
- krikya 11com reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel it.
- If a bonus is misused by the same person, household or device, the account may be suspended.
5.3 VIP Program
There are three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity on the platform.
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In sports betting, live odds may change after a match has started. krikya 11com reserves the right to void odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Using any software, bot or automated method to place bets.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("bonus abuse").
- Using insider information to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets against oneself through a betting exchange to reduce losses.
6.3 Errors and Disputes
If an error occurs in the gaming software, the result of the relevant round may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded. In the event of a dispute over a result, the game provider's server log will be treated as the final evidence. krikya 11com does not permit registration or use of its services from territories where online gaming is legally prohibited. Users must confirm for themselves that using this platform is lawful from their location. Any attempt to bypass geographical restrictions using a VPN or proxy will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.
8.1 Suspension by krikya 11com
krikya 11com may investigate, suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Providing false identity or information.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Harassment of other members or attempts to harm the platform.
8.2 Closure at User's Request

Under applicable copyright law, reproducing, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
